Our items are either new or used and are noted in the descriptions I will not refund your money if you change your mind or no longer like this item I take pride in what I sell and do my very best to describe my items as honestly as I can, listing any faults they may have, I check ALL items before I post them to make sure they are fully functioning.
If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described in my listing, please email me with your concern and if I agree with the fault, I will happily refund your money excluding the postage if contact is made immediately upon receipt of your item. I will not refund your money for additional postage costs that you incur when returning the item. All refunds are only granted when item has been received within 7 days of item being received by you and remains in its original condition as sent. We stand behind our products (NEW OR USED) we sell.
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to refund the price less 20% (restocking charges) shipping and handling are non-refundable. For any refund, we need to receive the product in its original condition, including the box, all accessories and your PayPal address.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable; we will calculate the 20% restocking charge on the purchase price only. Returning shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
NO refunds will be issued for items damaged in the mail.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for any damage, LOSS or delays caused by the postal system and therefore will not refund your money if this occurs.
